Are you one of Britain’s Best Jam Makers?

Do your friends lust after your homemade damson preserves, your family swipe your goseberry jams from the cupboard or do your neighbours covet your grandmother’s recipe for rhubarb?

After 129 years of making jams and marmalades from their great, great, great grandmother’s recipes, Duerr’s know a thing or two about the sweet stuff, but they’re asking you to come forward with long forgotton traditional English recipes for your family favourite for a chance to have your jam or preserve made and sold as part of their Excellence of England range

If you think your jam has what it takes to be one of the best in England then send it in to Duerr’s.

All entries will be sampled by Duerr’s chief taster and the winner will be produced by Duerr’s to sit proudly on the breakfast tables of England.

Send your submissions in a sealed glass jar to: Chief Taster, F. Duerr & Sons, Floats Road, Roundthorn Industrial Estate, Wythenshawe, Manchester, M23 9DR
